Friendly and knowledgeable staff take the time necessary to explain the plan for care. They also deliver the promised care with quality and efficiency. Dr. Nelman uses his talent to help others as he helped me. The only thing I would like to see improved is post-op instruction for home care to be more informative and straight forward. It was unclear to me how much I should be wearing a supportive sling after shoulder surgery. Thanks you Dr. Nelman and your team for great care service!
Highly recommend. Dr. Nelman was caring and thorough. He took the time to explain all my options and even drew a picture to make sure I understood what he was saying.
The whole staff is very professional and friendly. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Nelman is amazing. He's concerned about your issues and takes his time with you to answer any questions you may have during your appointment. It's always a pleasure at Crystal Clinic. I know I will receive the best care possible there. I would recommend his office for care to anyone.
Dr nelman is a very compassionate knowledgeable caring doctor. Wouldn't get my joints replaced anywhere else but Crystal clinic!
