I asked a lot of people about Dr Nelman and got nothing but positive feedback. I appreciate the time he spent with me, he laid everything out and made me feel very comfortable. It’s nice to talk to someone that talks to you and not over you. I made the best decision. Thank you. I felt that the kiosk out front takes the personal touch away. Dr. Nelman is kind, intelligent, caring, skilled and....funny! I'd never had any surgery (I'm 67) and he kept me informed, explained test results and every step to expect. Therefor I was calm through the whole thing from first visit, rotator cuff surgery, and follow up appointments. I very highly recommend Dr. Nelman and Crystal Clinic.
I just had shoulder surgery and everything went great from start to finish through out the whole process. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Dr.Nelman and staff was very professional and understanding. They answered all my questions and was very down to earth which made me feel very comfortable. I'm so glad I picked Dr.Nelman and staff at crystal clinic.
