Kyle Properties used to work at our Strata and they did pretty good job helping with Strata-Owner issues. Suddenly, according to Strata Council at Birch Gardens Strata this property management company was fired or terminated. I asked Strata Council to give more details why Kyle Properties were fired and Strata Council replied that they were not satisfied with PM service? Not sure if contract expired or Strata Council simply made decision to get rid of KP Ltd for some confidential reasons.
Not impressed. Whoever is helping the manager with the operation of our property at 6262 Ash st. is very slow at responding to owners' inquiries. It would take us many follow-ups over many weeks to get a response and some issues can't afford to wait. Unrecognized bills also came up on our financials and no explanation has been given after many requests. They also never act in the best interest of the strata as a whole, they only provide good services to a selected number of owners just to make sure they won't get fired.
