Fixed my failed cervical fusion. He was good to me.
This was the worst visit I've ever encountered with an orthopedic specialist. Took 1 minute to be not listened to and cut off when speaking. The nurse was too busy and literally didnt care because no one seems to take their time to communicate with patients here. They rushed everything, i didnt feel like a person. This entire minute cost 1200. Feels like fraud and I'm very disappointed.
Probably the worse office I have ever attended. They took an X-ray and dr Peterson. Never looked at my MRI. CD He sent me to the lady next to his office who looked at the CD and gave me a. Injection of lidocaine. I am a registered ER nurse and I know how long Lidocaine works. I returned several times just to get my CD back and they could not find it and said it was my fault that I left it behind Now I have to go back to RAYUS and get another copy which I will have to pay for We took an oath to try and help people. I was referred to doctor Petersen by Dr.Gerszberg also in this practice. I am experiencing issues with my neck and that is in his area of specialty. Dr. Petersen and staff were very efficient and professional. An X ray was taken right there.very convenient. The doctor took the time to listen to my issue and what the x rays showed. He wants an MRI and recommended Physical Therapy and I set a follow-up appointment.
