I had a great experience with Stonehaven Mortgage! Specifically Kyle and his team were extremely helpful and easily accessible throughout the process. They even informed me that I had not filed for tax exemptions which landed me over 6K tax refund. This was not part of the mortgage process but demonstrates how they go above and beyond to assist clients! I can’t thank them enough for all their insights and help through this process!!

Kyle Perks and his team were sublime. As first time homebuyers, there was a lot of things I did not know and kyle really helped ease the anxiety and stress. He simplified things and offered alternative solutions that made us reach our end goals as stress free as possible. Highly recommend!

Kyle was extremely helpful throughout the process of obtaining my loan. He was responsive, answered all of my questions, and did not hesitate to run numbers for me so that I could see how different options would affect my monthly payments.
