I spoke with a Niki Lozano and took every step in seeing multiple places for rent even had to take extra steps in the process that seem very inconvenient for me given I had already emailed the company on the listings I wanted to view. She never followed up never took the steps to be mindful of my timeline for my move in and now I am working with another company for better results.
