On June 12, 2017, my elderly mother had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Kyle Michaelis at 3:00 pm. She relies on the Sacramento paratransit for transportation to her appointments, dialysis, etc. In all her years of riding this type of transportation, they unsuccessfully were able to get her to her 3:00 appointment on time.
