I don't normally write reviews, especially reviews about doctors or doctors offices, but I do feel it's necessary to inform people that the other reviews about Dr. Kyle Lawson may be a bit exaggerated, but true in essence. His bedside manner leaves a bit to be desired... at the end of my last appointment, once my time was up, he stood up and excused himself in the middle of our conversation, and never returned. Had my first visit with Dr Lawson after establishing a new Primary Care Physician. He spent a good deal of time answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. He was engaged, helpful and explained all my treatment options.
Got my annual physical from Dr. Lawson. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Put in for the refill of a maintenance prescription five days before the medication would run out. Pharmacy gets no response from the office. Sent a message through the MyHealth application - no reply. Called the office and explained the issue, was told they would work on it and call me back - no return call. Now out of the medication with no word on when it will be resolved. Irresponsible lack of care and customer service.
Dr. Lawson is very professional and knowledgeable. He excels at solution-driven dialogue and treats me with respect. The staff at his office were pleasant and helpful as well.
