Insurance rates go up EVERY renewal period with no real explanation and they have very deceptive billing practices. I cancelled my ATV insurance because I sold it and was sent a bill for almost twice what my monthly premium was. Will never do business with American Family again.

I’m a little indecisive, we’ve been happy but also disappointed. Our insurance kept creeping up so we called about this and behold they were able to drop it due to some glitch but was not able to give a refund from a few months past. Then we called today to get insurance on a motorcycle we’re purchased, going to get it tagged tomorrow appointment only at 7:30 AM, Chrissy sent the quote, and I immediately called back to approve, I called 4 times and emailed, no return call or email for over an hour. Had a recent theft on my property. Jim and the claims adjustor have been giving me excuses and the run around. Rather than helping me, a customer for over 20 years who has NEVER filed a claim, they are digging for reasons to deny and treating me as if I were trying to defraud them. I'm absolutely disgusted and will NEVER have American Family Insurance again.
