Having the same insurance carrier that I had since high school, I knew nothing about auto/homeowners insurance. Kyle took the time to explain everything I needed to know... and I soon realized my previous coverage was very out of date. Kyle was able to lower my insurance rate, with BETTER coverage. I know Kyle will not let my insurance coverage get outdated because he keeps in contact and is always there when I need him!!
I told him to cancel my auto policy if they couldn't remove someone off of my policy after I got a bill that was over twice as much as he quoted me. He said he would look into and let me know. Well after not hearing from them I shopped elsewhere for my auto policy. Apparently he never cancelled my auto policy because he was able to remove the person from my policy but never once communicated it to me. Long story short, I will never use him for my auto policy again.
Kyle has made the insurance process a breeze! He not only took the time to answer questions and properly explain all of our options for home, auto and life, he also made sure that we weren't paying for more insurance than we needed. When we had to file a claim a few months ago, he personally showed up at our house to help us through the entire claims process, saving us weeks of headaches and the usual back and forth with the insurance company. I highly recommend Kyle to handle all your insurance needs!
