Very disappointing experience. Kyle was difficult to get a hold of, he was condescending, and a large portion of the "helpful advice" that he offered was self serving.
Kyle Krantz was so easy to work with. I usually don't bother to write reviews but his professionalism and responsiveness warrants a review 10/10! My husband and I were out-of-town sellers and truly feel fortunate to have found Kyle through a referral from a family friend. He made the process quick and easy. Any questions I had were answered throughly. Also, anytime I called he was readily available. I would highly recommend him to other future home seller or buyers.
I have worked with Kyle on several deals and I can attest to his great communication skills and ability to lead his buyers and sellers through every step of the process with skill and market knowledge. If you are looking for a super professional and ethical realtor, Kyle is your guy!
