I would 100% recommend CHRISTUS Health. From the moment I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the level of care I received was outstanding. The staff was amazing—kind, professional, and attentive. Dr. Kyle Jackson was especially impressive: caring, thorough, and took the time to explain everything about my condition in detail. I felt truly cared for and well-informed throughout my visit. High-quality service all around!
Dr. Jackson told my 19 year old daughter to go on a 1,000 diet. He also threw in a plug for a fad food program called optivia. Her cortisol is very high and instead of running more tests he blamed it on her birth control and told her to barely eat. This was an appointment she waited six months for and was highly disappointed with the results. She will not be back.

I’ve seen Dr. Jackson 2x now for nodules on my thyroid. He’s kind, patient and explains results thoroughly in terms I can understand. He has layed out my options so that he and I are both comfortable moving forward and communication with he his office staff is always great.
