Initial appointment was fine. It was a 2nd opinion for my elbow. Not much can be done. The nurse or assistant thought he may be able to look at knee mri at that appointment, but I made two other appointments instead. No biggie. I received the same initial appointment email yesterday and called about that and possibly rescheduling yesterday. Workers comp dept doesn't return phone calls, took 4 weeks to get an appointment even though I have a torn miniscus at the horn. Will have to wait and see how my treatment goes. Im sure if I played for the Golden Knights or Raiders my calls would have been answered promptly. Meanwhile im still at work walking on a torn miniscus
Dr Hancock fully explained all of my procedures and results. He took time to listen to what I experiencing and was very easy to talk with. I would highly recommend him and his staff

It was a great experience visiting Desert Orthopedic. The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Hancock took the time to explain all the details about my hip condition and the different options for my recovery. I felt very comfortable and truly cared for throughout my visit. I really appreciate how much attention he gave to my pain and concerns. Highly recommend Dr. Hancock and his team!
