Everyone from the front desk to the Dr. were professional and thorough.
If I could leave less than one star review, I would. I went in to see Dr. Hancock as a referral from my DPT and was curious about learning more about stem injections for my knee. I walked in with prior imaging, hoping that at minimum, the doctor will be able to review my prior MRI before requesting new imaging. Unfortunately, his PA told me that looking at those images and reading the report would not be sufficient for dr. Hancock and I would have to pay for new imaging before I even had a chance to talk to the doctor about ... read more
Dr. Hancock is a very professional doctor. He seems very knowledgeable on what he is treating you for. I'm very happy. Wish he would have preformed my surgery. Definitely ask for his service very wise and caring.
