One of there lawyers forced me to agree to let them take tax and cpp off my executor fees then told me I had to get a business number and give it to them before they could close the estate I did because I had no choice they took the tax off sent it to cra took cpp of but did not sent it my portion or the estate portion I have the t4 showing it was taken from me. Now cra is after me for $3200 I reported him to the law society told them and sent them a copy of the t4 they told me he done nothing wrong and the case is closed.
