It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately.
