I have bought three vehicles now from Kyle Edwards Buick GMC in Muskogee!! I have always had excellent customer service with no pressure and a very fair deal on every transaction!! The sales manager, Mike Fletcher was super easy to deal with and it was a fun experience each and every time I could not say more about this place I even met Kyle and he’s as nice and down to earth as they come for an owner and I would highly recommend you buy a vehicle from their organization!!
We were in town from Wichita and a got a check engine light. Called and they said bring it in and they would test the error codes. They checked it and explained in detail what the issue was and we were good to get back home. Honestly, the nicest folks ever! Cheryl was awesome. Highly recommend!
Great job. Fix my problems on my Buick Enclave and did an excellent job. Showing appreciation. Can't say that about your sales manager. If It's the same man you have to give your car away to trade there. N̈ow all the dealers are going to stop handling Buick. What a shame. But service department is great.
