I had the opportunity to work with Kyle and his admin team on a recent transaction where I represented the seller and they represented the buyer. We had a few challenges along the way, including a tough inspection negotiation and some last-minute curveballs, but Kyle and his team were collaborative, professional, and communicated in a timely manner throughout the process.
