Kyle was awesome. Went above and beyond his job requirements to translate things for us to understand to make the right choices. Walked us through everything we were nervous about. I want to buy more real estate just to appreciate Kyle's expertise and good judgement again. Thank you Mr. Colliflower!!
Kyle took the time to sit and go over every step of the process and what to expect. He had helped stage the house for photos by providing plants and decorative items. He made sure to communicate throughout the process and keep us in the loop. When he was out of town he made sure we knew who to contact if we had any questions. If it wasn't for us living out of state we would use him again for buying or selling.
Long overdue review ... I have had the pleasure of working with Kyle twice .. Selling and purchasing. Both times were great, and let me not forget the friendship we developed from the beginning. Kyle is AMAZING! Buying and selling my homes came with much stress, as is expected, and lots of thoughts and questions about the unknown. Kyle and his team were outstanding from the beginning to the end of the home selling process. He really takes his time with his clients and makes sure they understand the whole process. He makes you feel like family. His communication skills are second to none and he checks in regularly and asks if you need anything or have any questions.
