2 year update on my shoulder replacement surgery. I will still say it was the best decision I ever made. I have total range-of-motion, of my dominate arm and continue (in my mind), to thank Dr Kyle Chun for the gift he gave me. When i saw dr chun, he had just moved here from HI- He had an appointment soon as he was new to another practice.. 1/2023.. i thought the appointment went well.. However, I found out he didnt listen to anything I said about my pain. He based my treatment on the Shoulder MRI and not my primary pain concerns. He did mention i might have a tissue disease (had he listened to me about my primary pain concerns and struggles to type - maybe he would have explained the shoulder replacement - although needed.. it would NOT FIX my abi... read more

I saw Dr Kyle Chun. His recommendations were helpful. However, his long time Medical Assistant, who reportedly has worked with him at multiple practices was rude to me. When I merely wanted to ask a question of her before leaving my visit, she told me I had already taken too much time and needed to go check out. I checked out and tried once again to speak with her. Dr. Chun performed shoulder surgery on me. He answered all questions I had. I never felt rushed to make a decision. He was thorough and pleasant throughout. He dispelled any anxiety and pre-conceived notions I had about surgery. I have no hesitation in my full recommendation of Dr Chun.
