My 71 year old mother’s check was lost in the mail to geico and arrived late. We paid them again. Late, but we didn’t lose the mail. They decided they were going to pay an additional 200 dollars monthly for 6 months and then they can adjust the 200 dollar fee, this for being late one time in years! I went there today to apply for my car insurance. Since I don't speak English, I forgot his name. He was very patient and communicated with me through a translator. I got the insurance policy very quickly. The happiest thing was that he helped me reduce the price of the policy by $20. I am very grateful for his help.
Jerry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He offered ways to save and also how to get more coverage for just a bit more. It was a much better deal AND EXPERIENCE than the last two insurance companies I had. I will recomend Jerry and that office to my friends.
