For a first time home buyer, he made the process easy, personalized our home searches and acted quickly so we could get our perfect home. Kyle did an awesome job guiding my wife and I through the process of selling our home and buying a new one. Kyle struck a great balance between leaving room for my wife and I’s voice while also leaving space for his expertise. All of the people Kyle recommended to us during the process (lenders, roofers, etc.) were also professional, competitively priced and friendly. Would absolutely work with him again on buying or selling a home.
We absolutely loved working with Kyle! As a first time buyer, it was very stress free, I learned a ton, and we are now moving into our first home. It's an older house, which Kyle was very knowledgeable on what to look for and had great resources for us when it came to inspections and repairs. When working with the seller, he represented us well and helped us navigate a very smooth close. I'm honestly sad our time working together was so short, we had a great time!
