I worked with Kyle on a HELOC for my house. The first time we talked on the phone, Kyle took the time to educate me on how HELOC works, and gave me information on the rates. PNC bank’s rate is the best I see, even the notary says that. The application process was the easiest through the 6 loans I have done in the past. What surprised me most was how fast they moved.
