Kyle and his team were extremely professional and listened to my needs from the very beginning. When I contacted Kyle, I pretty much let him know. I wasn’t going to be making a purchase until the spring and he was Very understanding and patient with me through that process. When it came down to showing me houses and eventually making a purchase, he made it seem effortlessly.. I have incredibly high standards, yet I cannot rate Kyle highly enough. Where do I start? First of all, his photographer made the most gorgeous marketing video I've ever seen. Then, Kyle found us an off market buyer who paid top dollar (in a buyer's market). Finally, his team made the entire transaction as effortless as possible. To top things off, Kyle even found us a tenant for another property (which we never asked him to do!). There's a reason why he is consistently rated "Best of Fort Collins."
