I have been a customer with this State Farm agency for about 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I have been speaking with Arren Burkhardt throughout my contract. She has been amazing. She goes over and beyond what is expected of her. Arren has a quick response when you contact her via email or phone. They don't follow state guidelines, don't respond to email and don't follow their own policy. There policy says they take up to three business days to send an adjustor out.....my truck has been sitting at the shop for 4 days already! They lost our original claim and we had to go through the whole process again. I've been with this company/agent for years but will now find a new company with better service. My old company sent an adjuster out within 24 hours. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
