Two appointments, no formal intake or history, just some questionnaires. She asked almost no questions, leaving long pauses where I had to carry the conversation myself and by the second session she seemed distracted and mostly on her phone. She was not an engaging provider. She also told me that at my age, there was no point in being evaluated for autism which I found out was a dismissive, clinically inaccurate thing for a provider to say. Flexible, caring, and challenges when needed!
Been my therapist for 5 years ! Very awesome, supportive, thoughtful therapist! I totally recommend her. I saw 5 different therapist before her, and after I met her- I am continuing to see her 5 years later :-)
