Dr. Cardentey is a caring doctor with some unorthodox ideas but who doesn't pressure you into treatments that are unnecessary. Trusted him more than any other doctor. Unfortunately, I moved but wanted to leave a review.
Dr Ramirez cut us off and didn’t answer our questions and told to leave that he has other Patients to take care off.
it was horrible
2hr wait in waiting room, then 40 min wait in actual room. A nurse gave me a pneumonia shot too high up on my shoulder which caused bursitis, tendinosis, and other problems. They don't care that they caused this. I am in pain daily. Nothing works to fix this.
Dr. Cardentey takes the time to listen to his patient’s questions and story. He is friendly, knowledgeable and decisive.
Good experience, doctor Cardentey is very knowledgeable, explains things well, prescribes the right treatment in my view. Very efficient which I like.
I like Dr Cardentey. His staff though? Horrible. 3 times in 12 months the girls who handle refills - have screwed it up. I literally have had to drive back to his office 3x to pick up a hard copy of a prescription, because his unorganized staff cant seem to get their act together and keep my medications filled on a consistent basis - without me having to be out of my meds for 2, sometimes 3 days at a time. They canceled my appt twice, then finally got to the place at 10:30 ( they said my appt was at 10:15) also said they called me yesterday (it was an automated message with no information) and when I called back I got to no one. Terrible service and organization
My 88 year old mother saw Dr Cardentey & had lab tests done at his office on a Wednesday. She was to call back on Friday for the results. The symptoms continued, she was in pain & wanted to speak to the Doctor about this & the lab results. She began calling early in the morning that Friday & was told to be patient, he’d call her back. She called again at 2 & was told someone would return the call.
