Kyla was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of purchasing our first home and securing a mortgage for the first time. Kyla was amazing and reliable to work with. I came to her pretty last-minute for a mortgage renewal because I assumed my bank would actually reach out and walk me through it. Aside from one message 4+ months in advance, they didn’t follow up at all. Kyla stepped in with very little time and made the whole process smooth.
