Working with another broker in the Reno area, I felt absolutely rushed to make a decision and they cared about their commision more than anything, but Kyla was not like that all. Kyla was great with always being available, helping us gather documents, & having referrals for a handyman, movers, etc., but she did not fight for us. She was not good at negotiating. We sold our home too low & purchased too high. She did not get our inspection done on time & we’d passed the deadline on being able to negotiate over inspection results.
