This business charges $25 just to book an appointment, which I found quite unusual. Despite receiving no service and having my appointment denied, they kept the $25 fee. This practice is unlike anything I’ve encountered before. Paying without receiving any product or service feels very shady. I would advise steering clear.

Appointment times are silly. Charging an additional $50 fee for “after hours” appointments when you as a business owner CONSTANTLY list your only available time slots at 9PM is ridiculous. Basically forcing clients to book a later appointment in order to up the price.
