Trustworthy, professional and quick!
Love it when you find a vendor driven by solving problems, instead of making a quick buck. These guys are awesome.
Aly fixed my phone in about two seconds. Professional, friendly service. I will definitely call Kyatech again when I have issues.
We bring our main equipment to Best Buy to got it repaired, after waiting in line for almost 2 hours they reject to get the hands on it. We give Kyatech a call and send them a picture of the main issue. We drive from Augusta to Atlanta to bring our equipment on a Saturday of a labor day weekend. They went above and beyond to help us out getting our main mac laptop running again, Excellent service 10 out of 10!! Thank you Kyatech.
Engineering student here. Had a problem with my powering on my laptop Sunday morning. It was dead, and not responding to any chargers. I called Ali and he welcomed me in right away that afternoon. He diagnosed that my laptop had a fried motherboard, most likely due to power management issues. He replaced it that night, and I was able to pickup my laptop the next morning to resume my studies. Great service and quick turnaround
