Laptop display stopped working, so I reached out to KYATECH. Was able to drop off the device with Ali same-day. I didn't hear back for a day, but after calling again, Ali had the issue diagnosed within 30 minutes. Turns out the motherboard was completely shot and I'll need to get it replaced. I forgot I was under warranty, but it was the first thing Ali asked and he recommended it as the cheapest option. While home from out-of-state college for Thanksgiving break, my son's engineering laptop stopped charging. We took it to Kyatech early Sunday morning. The communication and updates were great and we were able to pickup the repaired laptop the same day. He even loaned us a charger while ours was being ordered. Cannot thank you enough! A+++++

Amazing! The motherboard on my laptop was dead, and I thought I was going to have get a brand new laptop. He fixed it in 24 hours at a great price! He was also very communicative and always picked up the phone whenever I called him for updates.
