Took care of my CHRISTINE like a champ !!! Friendly service,videos of what is actually wrong with your vehicle,reasonable prices, great customer service, female friendly not like most mechanics that leave women with a big unnecessary bill. Would highly recommend this place to EVERYONE
It is a place where you are welcome and they are knowledgeable. They get you back on the road in a timely manner and what they fix, stays fixed. They are reasonable, affordable, and truthful. They will make sure you are safely back on the road again and happy. Thanks guys! You're awesome.
The service was great... these guys are very sympathetic and willing to work with you on getting your vehicle back on the road. I've got a 5 month old and am between paydays and they were able to work with me on payments. I will definitely come back to them again!
Kris and Shaun at Tru Tech saved my day! Thought I was gonna have to tow my van back to Michigan. AAA wrecker driver Wayne recommended these guys, said they were good mechanics and might be able to help me out. He was wrong, they're great mechanics! And honest too! I was able to drive my van back home with no problems. They could have raked me over the coals with repairs I really didn't need or overcharged me. But they didn't. Both Kris and Shaun are AMAZING guys. My car needed some attention and they were the perfect guys to give it to her. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done. They got me in quick, they explained the process and kept me up to date. I am so glad I took my car to Kentucky Tru Tech.
