The team did an amazing job! They arrived early and made sure not to bring in any mess from outside by clearing the driveway first. They put in extra effort by vacuuming under my king-sized bed, which really helped with my dust allergies. The carpet cleaning was top-notch—the oriental rug looks fresh and vibrant again, and they completely got rid of the pet stains. We were extremely happy with the carpet cleaning service. Caleb was very polite, professional, and really made sure our carpets, as well as the tile floors and bathroom walls, were thoroughly cleaned with steam. He went above and beyond by carefully setting up his equipment, covering nearby floors to keep them safe from water or steam, and protecting our railings and woodwork. hayden runs a very professional carpet cleaning service in andover. we had carpets with multiple old stains and we didn't think it would be possible to get them out. but hayden took his time, checked a small area first to make sure the cleaning method worked on our carpet, and chose the best tools and solutions. he even dried the carpets afterwards and used a fresh deodorizer so everything smells great! we are really happy and grateful for the fantastic results. highly recommend.
