My husband and I were eager and willing to become regulars at KY Boat Shop as we are avid fishers and moved to KY with our salt & fresh water fishing boat. Would give 0 stars if I could. Eric Henry, the owner, lacks communication skills and professionalism, so it is not a shock they are going out of business. My wife and I were very, very kind and understanding after MONTHS of being taken advantage of, ignored, or lied to. He received our boat in July for a simple cable replacement and added on winterization once October rolled around and we were still waiting for the work to be completed.
