Shane and his team are amazing! They not only fixed my roof perfectly and stopped the leaks, but also saved me a lot of unnecessary costs by quickly finding the real problem from day one. Shane is experienced, professional, and always willing to lend a hand even with things beyond roofing. Although I had to wait a bit because they were so busy, it was totally worth it. I really hope Shane gets some good rest — I’ll definitely trust him with my roof in the future!

Extremely disappointing experience with KWR Roofing. It took over two weeks just to get someone booked in to come out. Then they postponed. The night before the new appointment, we even received a message confirming the job — but on the day, no one showed up. We waited around for as long as we could with no call, no update, nothing. When we followed up on Monday, we were told, “Oh, he didn’t know he was working that day.” No apology. No accountability. Just completely unprofessional. I had a quote scheduled for a Thursday but was informed that morning it would be delayed until Sunday due to illness — which I understood. However, no one showed up on Sunday, and there was no communication. I had to follow up myself on Monday, and even then, there was no apology. Pretty unprofessional, would not recommend.

KWR Roofing are an extremely reputable company. Kim made time to attend our property at short notice to assess our roof. Kim and the team were experienced, compassionate and professional. Would highly recommend KWR!
