Dr Kwok is a caring doctor, and well respected. He has great chairside manner, excellent diagnosis and surgical skills. He is throughout in his examinations, clear in his explanations as well as patient in answering questions. My experience and those of my friends who are also Dr Kwok's patients are all very positive. I do not understand why certain person made certain unwellcome comment. It is not this well-known and well-liked doctor deserves. It is not believable.
No, I would not recommend Dr. Kwok to family and friends. He is way too desperate to get you to agree to have surgery. His office is one big assembly line designed to get as many cattle through as possible. Maybe he can get away with this because many of the people in his waiting room spoke little or no English. Very unsettling.
