My family started seeing Dr. Lau. So far so good. He is professional, gentle, and patient. His staff are all friendly and nice.

Dr. Lau and his team are great! I've been going to them a few years now (since moving to the Peninsula and I still go to them now that I live further away.) They are always communicative, timely, and professional. I had routine cleaning, deep cleaning and fillings done here. They play such soothing music that the appointment goes by faster then you realize.
Just personal experience: this dentist did fillings on my two healthy teeth. According to x-rays he sent to my next dentist, there's no cavity in the first place. He failed to put fillings correctly twice, yet still charged me. According to x-rays he sent to my next dentist, the fillings he did were very messy. I filed a complaint to the dental board, but they said it's not severe enough to suspend his medical license.
