Got someone to come out and look at my breaker boxes to assess the scope of work, then they said they'd be in contact to schedule someone to quote me and come out and fix it. Never heard anything for weeks, so I called back and they were confused why I hadn't gotten a follow-up and reassured me someone would get in contact. Never did. Wasted my time. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.
Don't waste your time. They cancelled on me twice in less than a month due to staff quitting and calling out sick. I ended up just getting my deposit back. Poor communication before this issue as well. I had to follow up for a site visit and to confirm my deposit was received to get my project scheduled. All in all I wasted 3 months and am back to square one.
Saw good things about this company on redit, however I would not recommend them. Someone came out to assess our electrical needs and stated they would email us a quote. One week later and we still have not received the quote. Save yourself the time and hassle and use a different electrical company.
This was the best electrician experience I've had. I've had a number of different companies out to my 1950 house which has its fair share of electrical puzzles, and KWK got the job done in literally a fraction of the quoted time and cost from the competitors I talked with previously. Plus, they walked me through everything they were doing and explained as they went which was both interesting to me and added confidence that it wasn't a hack-job.
We've used KWK a few times now and are always so happy with the job performed. Our latest project involved some unanticipated issues with our detached garage and Dave was awesome. We will continue to KWK because we sincerely trust them and they provide incredible service.
