Washers don't wring clothes out spending 2.75 full of soap. Washer going all over the floor. Dryers don't dry good. No staff at all bathrooms locked up. Very bad place
Worst place EVER, my clothes are in a washer that won't unlock and the attendant told me to come back later cuz it's going to take a while to get the washer open, I explained I can't come back cuz I have to be at work, this is the rudest person I ever dealt with, my clothes are the ones stuck in the washer but she continues to yell at me.... customer service anymore??
Waste of time . Came on a rainy morning & the place was closed at 8:15 am when it states they open 7 am smh
Today I arrived at 6:45 after work, Sunday, there’s a sign that says clearly they’re open until 8:00pm I have a small load that won’t take more than 30 mins to wash and maybe another 30 to dry, the lady in charge didn’t even let me come in, door was locked and she kept signing me that it is cloaed closed, she didn’t even let me explain that I had a small load, I have come here for years and even when I have come in really close to their closing time I have never had an experience like this one, they usually let me know I got... read more
Net/net - don’t recommend. This place is extensive and not exactly friendly (can’t do anything without paying a $2 hidden fee for a proprietary card). Soapy Suds may not look as much, but much friendlier place and at least 30% cheaper.
