I got the fast pass membership and at this point it's not even worth it. I've gone multiple times already when the car wash is supposed to be open and it's always closed. And I've tried to go the last 4 days and the bar is broken at the entrance so even if you have the membership they still wont do the car wash that you have been paying for monthly. Never open at 8am as posted. If you wonder why it's never busy you have to be open to do business. I'd like to be a regular here but you have to be open and by the way working. Fix it, get reliable help or turn it back into a fireworks stand!

I go to this store almost everyday after work and I pay for the fast pass so I can get car washes as much as I want and pay a monthly premium. Constantly I am having problems wether it be the fast pass scanner not working, my sticker not working, or somebody on duty that has no idea what they’re doing and cannot help me get a car wash because they can’t override the system or fix the problem.
