I will not visit this business again after having my car serviced there for 5+ years. I went to have my oil changed on 10/16/10 and the customer service was very bad! I have had problems in the past, they have rounded my transfer case plug, never said anything to me, will not correct the problem and frankly act like they could care less. I have noticed in the past year they do not seem to have the volume of business they used to. Find somewhere else to have your oil changed!
After 15 years of customer loyalty, my experience on Saturday January 23, 2010 at the Kwik lube located at 302 Saint Joseph street has ended. The poor customer service, and lack of policies and procedures which I experienced on my LAST visit will be shared with family, area locals and visitors. I strongly encourage everyone to explore other options when servicing your vehicle.
