They said they couldn't inspect our car because it was raining! No place else in town had that problem! No wonder there were no cars there today. No one wanted to work today!

This place is a rip off. Stay far away from it. I've never seen such dishonest business practices in an establishment. The manager is the absolute worst and horrible excuse for a human being. So rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

DO NOT USE the Independence/Legacy location in Plano. They take advantage of inexperienced customers and up-charge for products you do not need. They will not resolve any disputes rather the manager will be rude, will not let you speak, and will hang up on you.
