I had been going to this place for years, for both general maintenance and oil changes. I usually had amazing service with exceptional employees. Not today, today I went for a generic oil change and had asked the employees just to worry about the oil and to not worry about vacuuming or any of the other ‘good stuff.’ I was ignored and both of the employees were shuffling around taking out my air filter, maneuvering themselves to make sure one was blocking the others’ visibility. If I could give a 0, I would. Kwik Car on Osage and old 183 charged me over $100 for an oil change on my car- fair enough, it's a BMW and I understand that maintenance can be costly. Immediately after, I started getting a warning on my dashboard that there was a malfunction with the drivetrain. James, my husband, took it to Christian Bros, who recommended Paul's Motor Werks (they were awesome) and got it repaired. James returned to Kwik Car, explained the situation and asked for a refund. The gentleman that approached me was very nice and professional. I went in for my first oil change on my Nissan Sentra. The employee explained that synthetic oil would be needed. The price was up there but the professionalism and customer service topped it off. I was very happy with everything. Thank you !!!
This place is great. I had a transmission flush recently which was significantly cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere. When it turned out that it hadn't been done quite thoroughly enough, I called and spoke to the manager who was very nice and corrected it ASAP. They did not charge me another cent, and despite my getting there close to the end of the day they stayed a few minutes late to squeeze me in anyway. They seemed like nice and honest folks, would definitely recommend them.

Drained all the oil out of my car before quoting me the price of labor and oil, FORCING me to have to pay $75 for a regular oil change. Absolutely the worst customer service and business practice.
