Stopped in for oil change while visiting my son at college station. Girl at desk was busy watching a video on her phone with earplugs in. They pull my truck into bay and I ask the girl, “are they planning on asking me what oil I would like to use”? She pauses her video, “oh, do you want synthetic? I should have asked you sooner”. Anyway, the guy next to me has been here for 45 mins he said and everyone in waiting room agreed, we won’t be coming back!!!! Now sitting here listening to two workers yelling at each other.. done

Advertised 10 minute oil change... I've now been sitting here for 2 hours. Somehow others have come and gone, and I'm still sitting here ���
