Had to take my car in for an AC repair. Turned out the problem was a bad part from a previous repair made by Kwik Kar 11 months ago. They fixed the problem under warranty without any charge to me and did so happily and quickly. Took car in at 8 a.m. and had it back by 2:30 p.m. same day, and only had to wait that long because they had to get a part. Very friendly staff, pleasant on the phone and in person. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! They take advantage of people. I am honestly shocked at the way I was treated at this shop by Blake who is the manager. I asked if they would be able to mount some tires I had already bought and do an alignment. I also asked if they would be able to install a compressor that I had already bought for my A/C. RecommendedWe bring all of our vehicles to this Kwik Kar location and EVERYONE on the staff is always SO helpful and nice, they always go above and beyond. After years of service we experienced one small problem that was purely an accident and they go out of their way to resolve any issue and make sure everything is right! Auto shops frequently get a bad name and people are scared to trust but this is a location you can have complete trust in and know they have your best interests in mind! these guys are amazing! very quick and also vacuumed and wiped down my car after they fixed my fan and thermostat. will be going there for everything!
Get rid of the Manager.
Evidently did not completely fill oil in my vehicle on last oil change....thanks to Joe, the Mechanic, issue was discovered before major engine problems.
Took my car in for an inspection and after a half an hour wait, they THEN said they couldn't do inspections because it was raining. Guess the little snowflakes might melt in the rain? It would have been nice to know that before making me sit there and waste my time. No excuse for that at all.
Just got my oil changed- everyone was very nice! Great customer service!
All the staff is so helpful and kind to me. They are great about giving you options and the service is usually really fast!
