Worst automotive place you can imagine. Owner and manager threaten you by email if you leave reviews. Avoid at all cost. Go anywhere else.
So I go to this Kwik Kar for a $35 platinum wash yesterday which include floor mat wash. After wash I find they not only did not clean the rear floor mats, but managed to loose one of retaining devices on driver side floor mat. So I complain to manager and she goes to investigate. An hour later she tells me to fill out a form and she will call me at close of business today or early tomorrow. RecommendedThis is a great place to get a car inspection and lube. It is clean and new. The workers are very considerate and helpful. They work quickly and efficiently. Everyone had on a mask and there was hand sanitizer available.

Oil change is decent. Car wash is a joke. Received the $20 Gold car wash and it looks like I did it myself at the $5 wash. I have had issues previously but thought it was a one time issue. Will not return.

Great, honest repair and an excellent carwash.
We go here for all our car repairs, it is very close. They also will fix their mistakes at no cost and without any grief. I love that about them. I actually trust them with the repair and price.
