They left a gasket loose after my oil change, slow oil leak followed. Ended up with close to $400 in damages from their negligence. Will report to better business bureau
Went in for an oil change. Was shown my air filter and I was asked if I wanted to change it. I said ok for $21. Once my oil change was done, I realized that they didn’t have mine in stock. Thirty minutes after my oil change was done, I walked out and said I will take it as is. About that time the hot-shot driver showed up with the air filter. I was offered no discount for the long wait. I asked if I could use a coupon that I had and was told that it was the wrong location. Checked out for $89.74 and will never go back.
do NOT go here for mechanical of oil changes-- they are complete idiots. once it took then three hours because they were fumbling around with an oil light setting. They are ridiculously bad at cars.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Took my car in for an oil change and was told my oil plug had been stripped by the previous owner (which is fine just fix it). After they finished I took my car to Academy and came back out and there was a puddle of oil under my car. When the chiseled the plug to fix it, they discovered they had accidentally put a hole in it. So I had to leave my car the whole weekend. They told me to come back Monday and they’d have it done by 11 AM. So I pick it up at 10:15 AM and take it home. It continue... read more
