I took my car to this location September 2012 to get a royal purple oil change and to my surprise as I left Cleveland and got to humble my car was smoking and check engine light came on I had my brother check it and there WAS NO OIL IN IT, how did I pay almost 100 dollars to get my oil changed an they did not put oil back into my brand new car?????
