Very unprofessional especially manager or so he said he was the manager. Manager was dressed very sloppy. Was told that they couldn’t change the oil filter because it was to tight and that I may have to pay an additional 50 dollars for a new filter housing cap on top of the 143 dollars that they quoted me for the oil change . Needless to say I declined and took my vehicle wright down the road to a mechanic shop that I expected to pay much more.They changed my oil and filter for 94 dollars with no issues. After going to this Valvoline. oil change, My car leaked oil. I took it to the dealership and they discovered the oil filter was loose. I won’t be back.
The friendliest staff and they are super quick!
