I am super disappointed with Valvoline today. As a person who has worked retail, I can't believe what they told my husband. My husband took our car in for an oil change. Please note I usually do this to help him. But, since we are leaving town, he did. He forgot the 15.00 off coupon that expires 9/13/25. So he went back up thier with the coupon and they told him since it was past 30 minutes he could not honor the coupon. He could refund the entire transaction and start over. Valvoline, you could do better.
Very unprofessional especially manager or so he said he was the manager. Manager was dressed very sloppy. Was told that they couldn’t change the oil filter because it was to tight and that I may have to pay an additional 50 dollars for a new filter housing cap on top of the 143 dollars that they quoted me for the oil change . Needless to say I declined and took my vehicle wright down the road to a mechanic shop that I expected to pay much more.They changed my oil and filter for 94 dollars with no issues.
