During my first visit at valvoline, staff was quick and attentive. The staff was also knowledgeable in the materials that needed to be used on my vehicle and took the initiative to check everything related to the fluids and filters.
Had the oil changed. The tech’s didn’t tighten the oil filter and I ended up with a lifter tick. Oil filter being loose was confirmed by a reputable car mechanic. I called to let them know what happened. Manager automatically went into shift the blame mode and said that they couldn’t do anything because someone else had touched it. I was there this past Saturday. Excellent service. All were friendly and professional.
Went for an oil change, service was fast and the employees were sweet! Definitely recommend.
