Standard oil change, everyone who worked there was nice. Only issue was they now check your “coolant” with something that looks like a turkey baster. They pulled it from my wiper fluid storage right after someone else filled it up and told me it was my coolant. Coolant is not that blue color and is not located with my wiper fluid, please stop scamming people.
It took a few minutes for the technician to get to me, but on the other hand, they were kind of busy. Overall good experience.
I went in yesterday around 5PM and I was the first one there before rush hour. I was greeted with a smile and a refreshing bottle of water! Nice! Once I pulled into the bay, the greeter got right to it. I told him I was there for an oil change and I’d like exactly what I had last time. He told me absolutely and that they would get started right away and like lightning from the sky other team members jumped in and started going to work.
