I stood at the front desk for a while looking at, the young lady on her phone. She was on the other side with the mechanics. I walked to the mechanic shop side. I got the young lady attention long story short, it was a waste of my time coming there.
If I could give no star I would. Took my car to have the emissions test done and then they didn’t finish the paperwork. I didn’t find that out until I spent 2 hours at the Tax office for nothing. Then went back up there to get my results and the person that does it was not there. So I hope I do t get a ticket
The staff is very courteous. And the guy that appears to be the owner is extremely nice. They have done a great job on our car. And their prices are very reasonable. I know this is uncommon to say, but they are mechanics you can trust.
1st time @ facility. I like supporting locals. Sign @ street advertised $39.99 oil change. Mechanic asked what type I wanted and I said REGULAR. He asked is the car High mileage, said yes. Clerk was either asleep when entering or playing on phone. I said hello at the counter & no answer. 2nd time she woke up. Went to pay bill and charged me $59.99, I responded I should have been told & she agreed & said mechanics have been told to inform customers. I don't usually comment on businesses, as I know everyone has different experiences and we're all human, so usually I don't think too much into anything. A job's a job. This however, is different, on a positive note! I realllllly like the kwik kar right by LE Beach, and here's why- Two weeks ago I took my car to get oil change and mentioned ac problems.
