Excellent customer service, amazing experience. Fast and efficient and reliable. Very friendly
The guy that runs the place is rude, he should not be in customer service. The people that do the work are kind and did a great job. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager or owner makes me not want to go back there. Turning customers away because you only do inspections until 4 is unacceptable too, they close at 6pm!
The prices are the same for synthetic oil as any where else. What distinguishes other places from this place is that other places have great customer services. First, no welcome in, I was asked "what do you need?", communication was not friendly. I was told I would get a call when it was ready, no call was ever received. When I picked up the vehicle the receptionist was on the phone, never acknowledged I was there. After 10 mins of waiting I had to finally approach the receptionist to pay. We go her for our auto inspection tags age much more. They do just about everything. I hope you give them a try. So it's like family that we now belong to. Our daughter found them and we're so happy she did. It's behind the strip mall so if you don't see them just drive back to get there
